WebGl Release!

Hello everyone! In order to make Circus Lyfe more easily accessible, I've made a new WebGL release of the game! There's new mouse control options, that function similarly to the touchscreen ones. I've also added a title screen to both versions, something I've wanted for a while. 

I'm still planning some more updates to the game- specifically, I'm looking into adding music! Please keep an eye out for the future updates.
